Our Venue Favourites of 2019
Venue Favourites of 2019
Hello Folks,
We have had a very busy year so far gigging across the country performing at many different events, parties and weddings. We wanted to focus on the venues that stand out for their beautiful décor, scenic views and locations. We have complied a list so far of our top favourite venues we have had the pleasure to play at. If you are planning a big event or wedding party then here is your chance to have a look and see whether any of these venues tick the boxes for you or you were intrigued in finding out what they have to offer. So without further ado.. Happy reading!
1. Southend Barns, Chichester:
This venue is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to play here on two ocassions for wedding parties and this place certainly did not disappoint. Not only does it offer a lovely outside area where you can relax and play some games, enjoy the view but it also has an enclosed area where you can roast some marshmallows’ and keep warm. It really comes to life once it hits sunsets. We played outside for an acoustic set before a wedding party and it really created a nice atmosphere for the guests and once we were inside we could really hone in our performance space and the energy blossomed.
2. Sandbanks Hotel, Poole:
We have as a band and for our acoustic duo option played here for a wedding and a private beach party both inside and outside and you honestly cannot picture the beautiful view of the seaside until you have been here, it is exquisite. on both occasions it had a real family friendly environment. Because it is right on the coast with a big beach, it is great for both weddings, family parties and any beach lovers out there.
3. The Bank of England Sports Club, London:
Being right on the West side of London, there is lots of greenery with its picturesque location. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy parts of the capital, in a lovely spot. We performed here for a silent auction and there were many different event rooms, suites, décor and a pub. This place has a bit for everyone whether you want a fancy event or a birthday party with your nearest and dearest. You can create some lovely events here with the space to make it your own.
4. Botley Mansion, Surrey:
This place is quite hidden away but it has a very rustic, country feel about it. The outside is just spectacular with a great view of the grounds, it is perfect for any photography lovers out there however the pictures could not do it justice until you have been here yourself. We had a lovely time playing for a wedding here and it has lots of different rooms and facilities so it is great for bigger parties and offers guest accommodation. It has a real classic feel and lots of space to explore around the venue.
These pictures only capture part of the beauty of all these lovely venues.
That’s it for now folks, we hope this gave you somewhat of an insight on the types of venues you would consider which would cater for your event, wedding or party.
